Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Coaches

The Columbus Chill Hockey Club reimburses eligible volunteers the cost of the required USA hockey background screening.

Development Program

All fees paid to Columbus Chill Hockey Club are NON REFUNDABLE. However, the Committee, in its sole discretion, reserves the right under circumstances to make refunds. No refunds of any fees shall be made under any circumstance when a player leaves Columbus Chill Hockey Club in order to join or associate with another hockey club, association, or organization within a 25 mile radius of Central Ohio as such radius is determined by the Committee in its sole reasonable discretion. All approved refunds will incur a $25 registration/processing fee. Please contact the Columbus Chill Hockey Club at columbuschillhockey@gmail.com to request a refund.
