Columbus Chill’s Evan Wilson Signs with Fort Wayne Spacemen of the USPHL
The Columbus Chill Hockey Club is proud to announce that forward Evan Wilson has signed to continue his hockey career with the Fort Wayne Spacemen of the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL).
Wilson was an integral part of the Chill 18U National team during the 2024-25 season, where he established himself as a consistent offensive threat. He finished the year with 15 goals and 13 assists for 28 points in 31 games, helping to lead the Chill to the US National Championship Tier II quarterfinals.
In addition to his success with the Chill, Wilson starred for Olentangy Orange High School, where he was the team’s leading scorer and earned Second Team All-Capital Hockey Conference honors for the 2024-25 season as a junior.
The Fort Wayne Spacemen compete in the USPHL Premier Division, one of the top junior hockey leagues in the United States, providing a proven pathway for players aspiring to advance to higher levels of junior, collegiate, and professional hockey.
Wilson’s signing highlights the Chill’s continued commitment to developing players for success beyond youth hockey.
The Columbus Chill congratulate Evan on this accomplishment and look forward to following his progress with the Fort Wayne Spacemen.
